Aikirandori

"Control chaos through an integrated body, mind and spirit".

The word Aikirandori is Japanese in origin and brings together two powerful principles:

Aiki - Coordinated energy

Randori - Seizing chaos

Our Aikirandori training program develops the practical life skills you need to effectively manage chaos, fear and conflict in your daily life.

We apply the time-tested, combat principles of Jujutsu and Aikido along with the Eastern philosophies of Zen and Taoism to meet the challenges you face in everyday life. Sessions are designed to be informal and fun, focusing on:

  • Self-Protection techniques for mind, body and spirit
  • Emotional Management techniques
  • Meditation and mindset training

We train outside, in nature to develop our personal resilience and connection with the nature. This helps us learn how to adapt to change and leverage any environment.
